** ORDER FORMS WITH MONEY TO BE TURNED INTO STUDENT’S WARRIOR TIME TEACHER NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, 9/24/19. **

It’s that time of year again, Woodside’s one and only fundraiser!

All the students have received their packets. This packet should include an information sheet, order form, and two product catalogs. We will be excepting cash or checks, made out to Woodside Middle School, for the items purchased via catalog and order form. Money MUST be collected at the time of sale. We will not be able to order the items unless the money for those items have been turned in with the order form.
There is also an online ordering option, just go to the
www.shopfund.com website and click on the ShopNow button. On the website there is also an option for parents and/or students to create an online dashboard where you can find social media smartlinks, order tracking and more.
Please see the information sheet for further instructions and information. Your student will be eligible to participate in the prize program for selling just a minimum of 2 items, please see the back of the information sheet for further details or just ask your student to tell you about it. PRIZE PROGRAM UPDATE – our fundraiser company just lowered the amount of items that need to be sold to earn one spin on the prize wheel. Students will only need to sell 9 items for one spin instead of the 15 items currently listed on the information sheet.

This fundraiser is very important for our Woodside students!

The fundraiser provides funding for certain student programs that are not covered by the school budget or Activity Fees. The funds help pay for the products for our STRONG Buck Store, helps with financial aid for those students in need, counseling groups, student awards, academic, athletic and music competition entry fees... and so much more!

Please have your students return all money and order forms, in the packet envelope, to their Warrior Time Teacher NO LATER than Tuesday, 9/24/19. Also, please make sure your student puts their name on the order form. If your student has any online sales there is no need to add those sales to the paper order form. Online orders will be credited to the students electronically. If orders are placed online, your out of town, friends or family members can have their items shipped directly to their house, however, there is a shipping cost involved. Any online order over $75 will ship for free. All other orders will be delivered to the school in mid to late October. Parents and/or students will need to make arrangements to pick up the orders from the school. Look for an email to be sent out with a pick up day and time along with other pick up information.
