2017 Tryouts Dates & Parent Meeting Information


*CLINIC DATES:

Monday, March 13th, 3:00-5:00 p.m. in Auxiliary Gymnasium
Tuesday, March 14th, 3:00-5:00 p.m. in Auxiliary Gymnasium
Wednesday, March 15th, 3:00-5:00 p.m. in Auxiliary Gymnasium
Thursday, March 16th, 3:00-5:00 p.m. in Auxiliary Gymnasium

*Candidates are required to attend All (4) clinic sessions to be eligible for tryouts.
*Candidates are to report to study session after school until 3 p.m. dismissal prior to attending clinic sessions.
*Appropriate attire is as follows; Sofee shorts/spandex shorts, fitted t-shirt, cheer shoes or gym shoes, hair must be tied back and ALL jewelry must be removed.

** TRYOUT DATE: FRIDAY, MARCH 17th**
(Tryouts begin at 3:30pm. Candidates may leave at the conclusion of their tryout)
PICK UP AT DOOR #14 ONLY

** PARENT(S) ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND**
Mandatory Pre-Tryout parent meeting on:
Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 6 p.m. in the Cafeteria.

Information packets, candidate application and all other required forms will be distributed at this meeting. A detailed overview of financial & time commitments, practice/camps/games/competition schedules, athlete/parent/program expectations and requirements will be discussed. Cheerleader candidates are strongly encouraged to attend with their parent(s).
* Candidate application and ALL necessary consent forms must be completed and submitted on the FIRST day of workshops (Monday,March 13th) in order tobe eligible for clinic participation and tryouts. Late applications/forms will not be accepted.*
